Sorry if this is very basic, I'm very much a novice on Excel - I'm just interested if this can be done.

I have an Excel table of survey results. The data is presented like this:

I was wondering if I could get a Pivot Table that counted the responses across all 5 questions, looking like this. I know I could do this easily with a normal Excel COUNTIF formula, but I wanted a Pivot so I could add a slicer for the 'Responder Project'

I've been playing around but wasn't able to come up with anything that gave me a table that looks like the table above. Any suggestions?

Excel Facts

Copy PDF to Excel
Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
with Power Query Unpivot questions then with pivot table get what you want
or
just unpivot, group in PQ with Count rows
result will be the same
