In L3 There is a vlookup formula to find if a person is part time, exempt or non exempt

in L4 is a vlookup to find their start date

in L5 i have the formula below to find out how many vacation days the person gets.

=IF(L4="","",LOOKUP(DATEDIF(L4,TODAY(),"m"),{0,3,6,48,120;0,5,10,15,20}))

what i need to do is add to this formula that if the person is part time to put no hours in this cell, but be able to use for the other mentioned people

Excel Facts

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
=IF(L4="","",IF(L3="Part-time",0,LOOKUP(DATEDIF(L4,TODAY(),"m"),{0,3,6,48,120;0,5,10,15,20})))
