Hi everyone,

I do the stats for my dart league and I've started a new year. A new year means new teams and new schedule.

I've done my name definitions and all is good. What I would like to know is that since last year's schedule is not the same as this years schedule.

My question is how could I change A2, A3 and so forth to be Validation>List and put in that field something like =Team_(Schedule!$B$4). Obviously (Schedule!$B$4) is the team number.

Thanks

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Hi Andrew,

Thank you for your reply.

I copy pasted the formula and I got an error message "The List source must be a delimited list, or a reference to a single row or column."

I think Andrew meant that you can enter that formula in a cell and then use that cell as the source for the drop down list.

Looks like he missed the left parenthesis:

="Team_("&Schedule!$B$4&")"

Hi Valko,

I tried it with the parenthasis and it gave me the same error message.
You enter that formula in a cell on the sheet, not in the validation userform.

Maybe we need a more detailed explanation of what you're wanting to do.
