Can you create an IF statement to click a HYPERLINK in Excel?

I have a field that is "Yes" or "No" that is pulling from another source using PowerQuery. It will not be "Yes" very often. So let's say that would be cell D2. I have a hyperlink to a website in cell E2. So when I refresh my query and D2 = "Yes", I would like Excel to click that hyperlink automatically. Is that something that is possible via a macro or some formula? I have tried to figure it out and googled it but I just can seem to find that scenario. Thanks!

My hyperlink is a concatenated field so I am not sure I can do it but figured I would ask.
