Hi!
I am creating a mental health management system for a school. It needs to use software that the school already uses (MS programs / PDF). Right now, I am using PDF form mental health questionnaires, an Access database where the questionnaire data is dumped (and other info like Student details are held), and an Excel document that acts as a Graphical User Interface.
In this Excel GUI, I have created several worksheet "pages" (one for students, one for questionnaires, etc.) that link to each other and have buttons that open PDF questionnaires on the user's computer, open ACCESS forms to enter new student details, and run ACCESS queries to analyze questionnaire results.
My question is: is this "trifecta" I have (PDF, Access, and Excel) the most efficient / effective way to do things?
Is there a better / more efficient way to design a GUI for this setup?
Thanks!!!
