Can you send a file with iterative calculations enabled?

So here's my problem,

I need to send out a file that requires iterative calc's to be enabled in order to work properly, however its going to a large number of people that may or may not have the knowledge base to adjust the settings.

Is there a way to "pin" my iteration settings to the file so that it opens on their end with no issues?

I've been trying to find something on google, but so far no luck.

Use an event to set Iterative calculations on.
(A little help on the Open WorkBook Event would be great.)
