Hi Guys,

I have searched the forum for people with this error, but none are quite the same.

I had an access table with 600,000~ records that fed into a pivottable fine.

However, when I appended some more records to the access table, making it around 1,000,000~ records, and tried to refresh the pivottable data, I got the dreaded error " excel cannot complete task with available resources" etc

Adding more memory isn't an option as this is a work PC.

Does anyone know what I can do to work around this??

Thanks in advance.

Get help while writing formula
Click the italics "fx" icon to the left of the formula bar to open the Functions Arguments dialog. Help is displayed for each argument.
Nevermind, I split the table into two... which actually makes more sense in the long run.

Still, an annoying issue if either of the sections ever grows to that kind of size again
