Hello,

I've got table with one for the rows calculating hrs that ticket is open.

Column1 - Open Ticket Time
Column2 - my formula = (now()-OpenTicketTime)*24

This gives me # in hours, data looks like this: 15, 24, 30 etc.

Everything is good so far.

In pivot table, I want to count tickets with values less than 24, more than 48 etc.

In pivot table row labels I have Regions, and Ticket# fields, and in Values I've got OpenTicketTime (product), and OpenTicketTime (count). It appears to count correctly, but when Regions, OpenTicketTimet(product) shows wild values (in millions). I cannot figure out why.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
