Hi,
For some reason when I choose cells to paste the cells will not remain highlighted after the first pasting which means I have to go back and hit ctrl+C before each pasting.
It's the first time something like this happens to me and it happens only on one file.
Is anyone familiar with this problem?
Thanks!

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().

Does the offending workbook happen to have any VBA code in it?
What is the extension of this workbook?

Hi Joe,

this is an xlsx file. How do I know if there’s a VBA code in it?

thanks

If it is an "xlsx" file, it cannot have VBA code in it.
Is there any sort of protection on the file, or anything "different" or "special" about it?

Nope. And the really weird thing is that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't... I've never seen something like that

Hmmm... that doesn't really give us much to go on.
I am not really sure what else could be causing this.
