Hello,

I have project where I need to take screen shots of old version of presentations and add them to a document (we are talking hundreds of pictures). I tried to record a macro to format (crop and resize) the pictures for me, but it does not take and keeps coming up blank.

Here are the formats I need to set the picture to to fit.

Crop From:
Left - 0
Right- 2.36"
Top- 1.12"
Bottom- .47"

Size and Rotate:
Height: 3.58"
Width: 3.08"
(with no locked aspect ratio)

Is there code to make this possible for either word or excel 2007?
Thank you,
Mangisqa

Excel Facts

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
I can't say about the code to manipulate, but what tools are you using to "screen shot"? Snagit is very good and supplies the configurations you require.
