Cannot view combo box properties.

Hi,

Make sure the visual basic project (in the VBE) is unlocked too.

My VB project is unlocked, and my sheet isn't protected. I have a combo box that I am not able to access the properties of either. I don't think the combo box is an active-x combo box. I am using excel 2013, windows 7. I am not the most advanced user, but I am also not a novice. Right click options are Cut,Copy, Paste(grayed out), Grouping (all grouping subs grayed out), Order, assign Macro, Format Control. Any help you can provide is GREATLY appreciated. Please let me know if you want me to upload the sheet.
