Can't ''copy - paste special'' between two separate excel file

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
It looks like you're probably copying between two excel sessions in which case a regular paste should give you values.

Now I see, it's only when I'm importing something from xml file and then copying to another excel file.

I need actually to save imported xml-excel file. And re-open it. And then copy it to another excel file.

But I used to do that without saving the file thousands of time before and it always worked untill now.
