I'm trying to duplicate two sheets so that I have 10 copies of the pair of sheets. The columns go from A to DA. The rows go from 1 to 32.

The problem is, when I try to copy it, Excel changes to "Not Responding" mode and the program freezes. I have to close out of the program. I've let it run for at least 15 minutes and still not had any luck. I've deleted all macros and conditional formatting and I still have the issue. The two pages have lots of interlacing conditional formatting, but like I said, I deleted them all as a test and was still unable to copy the sheet.

Anybody experience this and find a work around?

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
Two things to try. 1. If you are selecting the data by full rows like rows 1 to 32, change to selecting the data instead like cells A1:DA32. 2. The other thing I would try is to change the format of the file, This shouldn't work but I've seen weirder things. If the file is in .xlsm format, save it in .xlsb and try again.
