Cant Find Project or Library

I open up a xlsxm workbook and it gives me the error Can't Find Project or Library.

I have looked on eth net and most solutions involve going to Tools|Refrences and checking a box for the missing one - when i do this I can't get a reference List.

I then thought I would see if VBA was working and when I go to View Code on the Sheet I get eth Image attached. I also can't Record a macro as it doesn't like the name even if I give it a random name eg hhjklgk

When I try and save the file it says errors were detected when saving the file

Has anyone any ideas.

That shouldn’t make a difference with those references. If you start excel in safe mode on the problem machine, then open the workbook, do you still get the same error?
