Can't find project or library

I always having this error "Can't find project or library" while i have not done anything to delete any form controls or whatever . how can i resolve it so as to avoid redoing my excel file. Thanks

In the VB Editor, with your project active, click Tools - References and look for a selected one that is prefixed with 'MISSING:'
