Hi,

Just received a new laptop and upon typing in a date I noticed it was US format.

I changed to Aus in Proofing, and restarted Excel, but still the same result.

As you can see below what I type is not being displayed as i'd like.

I could format the cells, but how do I default it to DD/MM/YYYY?

I tried changing it in format also, but the same result. I type 01/02/2020 and 02/01/2020 appears instead.

Many thanks for any help!
