Hello, I've been trying to get the most basic expression to work: Len([field]) <3

However, I cannot get ANY expression to work, its like as if i were in excel and i typed in "=A1" and it just stayed as "=A1". I really can't figure out what I'm doing wrong, can anyone PLZ help!

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
Also check your references in the Visual Basic environment:

1) Alt + F11
2) Tools | References

Be sure Visual Basic for Applications is checked and nothing else is listed as "Missing"
