Can’t position scroll bar

I’m trying to insert a scroll bar from forms control into my sheet but can’t snap this to the grid. As a matter of fact when I right click the scroll bar I can’t access the drawing tools on the format tab. Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong?

Hi Alan,

click on the developer tab on the top (where view and all that is) then press the design mode button and should be able to edit it now.
