cant send PDfs from Excel Office 2010

I'm going to take a wild guess and say that you need to install Adobe Acrobat 9 or 10. That's the only way you can print to .PDF.

sorry, my first message didn't make much sense. I have docs I created on Excel. When i try to send them as PDFs I get the following message. I can not send any messages using Windows Live Messenger or on Excel until I get rid of this message.

The connection to the server has failed.

this is a very old email I tried to months ago and there are 50 more messages which did not get sent.

Now I get this message when I try to send email attachments via excel.
"General Mail failure. Quit Microsoft excel, restart the mail system, and start again."
How do i restart the mail system?

I get a different message now that relates to Excel.

It says that the MAPI has to be reset and that the fax settings are incorrect. I do not have a fax setting.
I am told to reset the MAPI settings. How do I do that?
