For unknown reason, my sheet starts to pop up this error message
"Can't shift objects off sheets" and I cant group any new rows. Here is a list of funny things about this issue,

a. my sheet has no comments at all
b. I can't insert new rows in new area of the sheet and it displays an error message "fixed object will move"
c. I can't group any rows in new area of the sheet
c. However, I can insert new column in new area of the sheet
d. I can group new columns without any problem

Any thoughts? I have been working on this model for a couple of days and nothings went wrong until this morning. This model is macro free and has nothing fancy(pivotTable/autofilter & etc) at all. Thanks a lot.

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Any data validation? Info copied from anywhere else?
If you press f5, Special... select Objects and then OK and Delete, does anything happen?

More info,

I cant delete any row in this sheet now and the error message still says "Cannot shift objects off sheet"
I try F5/Special to look for this mysterious object, nothing found. The Excel Options/Display is set to show All for objects.

I havent tried Macro yet but I prefer not to insert any macro into this file.

No data validation.
I did copy data from other files but through special paste / value only. This shouldnt generate any issue as I assume.

Any conditional formatting?

Nope, and no autofilter, pivottable, sparklines and chart.
I only have some names created for this sheet, some functions and manual inputs.

I don't suppose you can post it anywhere for review (no data required)

I just figure out that I had a few old comments hidden in already grouped old inputs. After resizing and formatting, the issue seems gone.
Thanks a lot for your help, Rory.
