Hello everyone,

I am unsure if this is the right forum to ask this as there is a lot of details and requirements in it.

I am working to create a capacity planning database (I'm not set on Excel being the right software). A capacity plan takes the start dates of a product, adds the standard processing times, determines if the variables are met for machine capacity, and ensure that the appropriate human hours is not over whelmed.

This requires a lot of data to be used but I am hoping it is possible. Attached is a sample document of our standard process times for anonymous projects. I need to be able to type in a new contract and all of the capacity tables automatically update and the Gantt chart is a nice to have, but not required.

I hope this helps, but I am sure there will plenty of questions, feel free to reach out.

Gantt Chart (would be an awesome addition that updates automatically if anything changes in the standards table or new contracts are added):

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
