I simply want a normal grammar applied to a paragraph, so capitalizing first letters of the start of sentences.

I know this will do the first character, and I think I could use FIND to get where I want to go, but not sure.
Any ideas? Thanks!

=UPPER(LEFT(A2,1))&LOWER(RIGHT(A2,LEN(A2)-1))

I'm willing to not use a formula too.

How about using =PROPER(A2) ?

Edit: whoops, capitalizes the first letter of every word.
