Hello,

Is it possible to capture change in cell value but only if the initial value of the cell was not blank.
Unless I am missing something doesn't seem to be possible to do with the Worksheet_Change event.

Thanks

Excel Facts

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
Can be done by combining the change event with a selection event. When the cell is first selected the selection event can determine if there is anything in the cell. If yes, the value can be captured in a variable for comparison to the value that remains after the change event.
