Capture a Text Graph from Internet

Hello,

I was wondering if this is possible. I want to capture a table on the internet, but it is a text based table and not a .jpeg or .gif. As of now, I am able to grab pictures. I was wondering if there is a good way of taking this text table? Or should I incorporate a print screen?
