Capture active application name current time

Hi,

I searched through google to find out solution for the below, but did not find one. Can anyone please help.

I have been asked to capture the duration of time I spent on each application during my work. Is there anyway we can capture the time spent on each application through vba macro.

Excel Facts

Applications are like MS excel, Word or any other. I need to capture the caption name of thw active window which appears on the windows titlebar and the time it is active.
