Capture alt & shift combination (change language) and ca

Hello,

What i have is:

Private Sub TextBox1_KeyDown(ByVal KeyCode As MSForms.ReturnInteger, ByVal Shift As Integer)
If Shift = 5 Then Shift = 0
End Sub

This is my try to cancel the swifting languages while in my form. It does not seem to work.
Any ideas?

Ive had a great time trying to solve this and think I have the answer using API,

the site which eventually put me the right direction was,
