Hello Everyone.

Please could someone help me with this issue.

I have a worksheet that contains purely manually entered data(No functions.
across the coloumns there are names and registration numbers etc and then 10 columns of times (hours:mins) in am pm foarmat.

I want to be able to create two identical worksheets from one input but the text formatting must be different.

Font in input doc = 15point in copy doc = 9 point.

I can get the "text" to copy through but the times all change in the copy document.

Any ideas please

Merry Christmas

Excel Facts

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
Easiest way would probably be to create a copy of the original:

Right-click the sheet tab (name of the sheet) select "Move or copy........" then tick the "Create Copy" box, and click "OK."

The new sheet will have the same name but a (2) at the end.

edit - Re-name it if you wish by right clicking the sheet tab and using "Re-name"

Select all the data on the new sheet with drag - and - drop, or select the very top left hand grey box - to the left of the "A" and above the "1", then set your new font in.

Edit2 ; ......and happy Christmas to you!!

Thanks Sykes, but this has to be a NO EFFORT job for a very lazy and disinterested old lady.

Basically she has to cut and paste the smaller point version into Mac Cont 3 and publish to the web the larger version is printed as a Poster type thing.

But she point blank refuses to do anything to reformat or re-create her data and insists on the **** thing being automatic
