Cascade of information throughout the cells

Hi,

I wonder if someone can help me.

I have setup a validation list above cell A, B & C.

List above cell A - List of subjects
List above cell B - List of Programs
List above cell C - List of Project Managers

I would like if a person picks on a subject within cell A... then within cell B it will show the programs related to the subject, the person selects. He then clicks on cell C and that should show him a list of PM's who's related to the Program he selects.

The info is aimed to cascade down to help with the selection process.

Any ideas?
