Cascading Drop Down List of Numbers

Hello, I'm trying to create a cascading dropdown list with a large set of numbers...

As an example the first data validation cell would have the options 10,20,30.

The user would select 10, and the second data validation cell would have the option 10.10, 10.20, 10.30, etc

Every google effort has led me to the Indirect function as the formula for the second data validation cell with the first cell as the parameter, but this only works for text.

Any suggestions?

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
Have A1 have list validation with the input source G1:G9. In G1:G9, put {10; 20; 30; ...; 90}
Have A2 have the input source H1:H9. In H1, put the formula =$A$1+G1/1000 and drag down

thanks so much for the reply but I might have been unclear. The second data validation list is not going to be a uniform 10.10, 10.20 etc.. I figured out a workaround to my issue though. Thanks again
