Cascading Drop Down

The easiest way to ask this question is to start with this short YouTube video on what I want

My question is this: in the video he is using 3 English towns with names of employees in each town to find a name for another list box

What he does works for me, except this: is there a limit to the number of English towns, say 9 towns or 10 going across (towns), down (employees)

This seems to be what I am finding with his technique: 9 "towns", i.e., Column Headers, work fine, but NOT 10 -- I do NOT get to select employees for the 10th town

If there is NO limit, then I obviously have another error

Thank you

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
Hi,

I've created a quick mock up of what I think you are looking for. I can access the 10th Town without any errors.

A link to the file is here is you would like to look at it. Note it is in excel 2003 but the principles remain the same.

Just what I needed

Your SS was very welcomed, so I have something to dissect to find my error -- Helps to know I am NOT chasing my tail if there were any type of restriction of use

I have made this modification so Cells A2 and B2 can be copied down

=INDIRECT($A2)

instead of

=INDIRECT($A$2)

Thank you
