For some unknown reason, when I type:

Code:
.Value

VBA changes it to:

Code:
.value

Does anyone know why?

Excel Facts

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
That can happen in this scenario:

Code:
Dim value
MsgBox Range("A1").value

so dont use keywords as variables.

Another possibility is if you have
Code:
Sub value()

It would have to be seen as a variable somewhere in the prior code for it to behave like that. Maybe in a For statement?

Checked everywhere.

Closest occurrence I have is:

Code:
Sub GetValues()

Why not just post your whole block of code for us to see?

Anywhere in the code window type
Code:
Dim Value
hit enter & then delete it.
It should get rid of your problem
