The following is a list of Cash Flows that I am attempting to calculate the present values. I have compared the results to a financial calculator and the results are quite different. I will show you the formula and result and also the result from financial calculator. It appears beyond Yr. 1 my formulas are incorrect.The Discount rate is .12pct. Am i inputing this incorrect.
