Catalog of multiple files in multiple directories.

I've successfuly written a macro that loops through and writes data to an excel WS of all files in a specified directory. The issue I'm having is looping through the sub directories too. I've been searching for a while and cannot find anything that is current on how to accoplish this. Any help would be appreciated.
