Is there an easy way to restrict values that can be entered in a cell? For example, If I have the heading of Column A as 'Cities', and cell A2 might be Chicago, Los Angeles, or New York - but nothing else.

Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
