Cell comment depending on cell value

Hi all,
I'm looking for adding comments to a cell depending on its value, without using any macro.

A1 = "Blue" >>>> comment: "you've selected blue"
A1 = "Red" >>>> comment: "you've selected red"

If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
