Cell Formatting based on another cell value

Hi Friends,

Cells in Column A will have only two values "FR" and "Query". So If "FR" value is selected in cell A2, the respective cell B2 in Column B should take only 6 digit number else if "Query" is selected in A2, the same cell B2 of Column B should be able to take alphanumeric characters. Please help me in this.
