Cell formatting for not showing zero BUT allowing 2 decimal places

I have a column formatted to not show zeros, but I can't get it to show the two decimal places I need. It rounds to a whole number.
Any ides?

When I see how easily you fixed this...it makes me : ( that I'll never know Excel like I want to know it.
