Cell Formatting - Hideing characters

Hi...


I have a cell that contains AMC028 and i only want to display it as 28 is there a character format code that can do this?

No, but you can use something like this to extract the number:

=RIGHT(A1,3)+0

assuming your values are all in the same format.
