I want it to be painfully clear that IDGAF about review comments or text boxes.. I'm asking about the little yellow note boxes. What I'm talking about, you can add by right clicking on any cell, and selecting "New Note". Now that there's no confusion, let's move on.
I've tried to search for this all over the web, but all I can find is how to change the note after-the-fact. All I want to do is change the default properties of those little yellow "sticky notes" that you can have pop up when you hover over a cell. It seems like this shouldn't be that hard (I imagine it isn't, if it's possible).
