Cell Style Question

I have to create a spreadsheet where I have to import a data file, when the data came over the table was in dark gray and black. I need to apply Green, Table Style Medium 7 but it is not available. Why is that? The colors available seem way off from what is available in a blank excel document that I opened to compare. What would make these options not change like this?
