Cell text showing partially in Formula Bar

OK, this one is a weird one, hopefully someone can help me out. I am working on 2 monitors and one of the monitors is giving me an issue with Excel files. Any cell containing information is only showing partial text in the Formula bar. When I move the same file over to the other monitor, no such issue. Any ideas what is going on?
