cell value between numbers

Hi, can someone help me with a simple formula? Basically if value in a cell is
between 91-100 the return value is 60, if
between 90-81 the return values is 30, if
between 80-71 the return values is 15, if
between 70-0 the return value is 0.

How about
Excel Formula:
=IF(A2<=70,0,IF(A2<=80,15,IF(A2<=90,30,60)))

Based on your question I think Fluff's response will be easier for you.
What you are doing screams out for using Vlookup though, which would be easier to maintain in the future, especially if you set up the lookup table as an Excel Table.
