Hello all,

I have a spread sheet that pulls data from another tab using the following formula "=IF(SHEET1!A1="","",SHEET1!A1)". I use 2000 rows because on any given day there could be that much data going into this tab. Most times there are about 1000 rows with values leaving 1000 rows without values. When saving the spread sheet to a .txt format for loading into an AIX box there still seems to be data below the 1000 rows of visual data. Is there a way to save the file so it only sees the values from the first 1000 rows and nothing else.

I tried the Excel Clean Addin and that did not do what I thought it mentioned.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
Can't you delete the rows that contain "" before saving? A cell that contains a formula can never be truly empty.
