CF : Coloring Cell With 1 Formula CF To Cover 3 Criteria

hi all..

i have table like this :
Book1
B
2data
30,8
480% till 100%
5>=100%
Sheet1

if criteria:
<=80% ---filled red color
80% till 100% --filled yellow color
>= 100% ---filled Green color

so far, i have make formula to different cell for each condition. This not efficient. How to make a single formula CF place in cell B3 (single formula) then copy down to another cell
it's possible give 1 formula to cover 3 condition/criteria?

anyone help would be appreciated...

hi Jeff, what i do now? My data is over 20 sheet that contains CF above , how to figure it out? make more fast.

You should have three rules for each sheet. Is that what you have? Use one sheet as an example--what is the "Applies To" range for each rule?
