What formula could be used to turn a cell red if it is blank and the date in another cell is older than 8 weeks? The cell returning to blank or responding to other CF rules once it has data entered.

What formula could be used to turn a cell red if it is blank and the date in another cell is older than 8 weeks?
Let's say the cell is A2 and the date cell is B2. Then your CF formula might look like:
=AND(A2<>"",TODAY()-B2>56)
