Change a sheets tab colour by find the group it belongs to in a list and using that RGB

Hi Everyone,

In Activesheet T6 I have a team name i.e "Team Tony"

In control range L3:l8 are a list of all our teams and M3:M8 is the RGB colour for that team

so for example L3 = "Team Tony" M3 = 100,100,50 (written like this in the cell)

I want a macro that when run will Look at the name in T6 goto control tab find that name in L3:l8 and change the active sheet tab colour to the RGB colour in M

please help if you can
