change all data validation at once?

so I have a column (C1:C20) of cells that have data validation dropdown selections. each dropdown has 3 options to select, and the same 3 options are in each cell of the C1:C20 range.

My quesiton is, Is there a way to insert either a choose or some other function that would auto change all the cells to a certain selection?

for example, instead of manually going in and selecting each of the 20 cells indevidualy and selecting an option from the data validation dropdown, could I insert a button that would change all of them at the same time to a unanimous selection? additionally, could I also then still keep the ability to change only one or two of them manually if I wanted to?

select the area C1:C20,you can change the validation once,you can also change one or two if you want.
