My team frequently uses my macros on downloaded csv files. And occasionally when there is an error they will share the parsed file with me.
Usually when that happens they forget to first save the document so I should recieve all sheets and all formulas. They simply click the quickaccess shortcut to attach to email.

Is there any simple way to remove the csv file type, or perhaps move it to a new document and close the old one? Note I do not want to actually save it, only avoid the issue of users attaching a csv file.
We download these files so frequently that it would be ridiculous to save all of them.
