Hi,
I'm not even sure this is possible to do, but it seems you guys, more often than not, do the impossible. Here goes!

I receive date from a outside source so I can't change it there. I don't need all the info just certain parts. I need to rearrange the data so I can mail merge it with a Word document. I worked with mail merge before, but I got to create the source.

I'm not sure if I have to separate the data into columns or if I can use it in it's current form. What I need from the date below is:

Last name in B3
First name in C3
SS # in D3
Employer name & address in B4:B8
And of course down the list.

I don't need the other info.
Can this be done? I would appreciate any help at all.

I'm not quite sure what you want. Do you know how to import data from online? If not:
-----------------
To import the data, use Tools -> Import External Data

In the Dialog box, type the website from which you need to pull the data.

The yellow tabs indicate information that can be pulled in. Click on the tabs containing the data you need.

The box will ask you what cell you want to use. Choose an appropriate cell. Click the Properties button to choose any auto-refresh features you may desire.
-----------------

If so, we probably need to see how the data looks on the sheet to help you automate putting the information in the correct Cells for a mail merge. Use the HTML viewer add-in to post this.

Hope that helps.
Ben.
