Hi,

I'm looking for some help changing cell colours. What I want is to be able to select a number of cells and then press a button to change the selected cells into a certain colour?

Can someone please help with the coding?

Cheers.

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
Because I will be using several different colours and do not wish to have to go hunting for such colours everytime.

Code such as this will change the selected cells to Red or Yellow:
Code:
Sub Macro4Red()
    With Selection.Interior
        .Color = vbRed
        .Pattern = xlSolid
    End With
End Sub
Code:
Sub Macro4Yellow()
    With Selection.Interior
        .Color = vbYellow
        .Pattern = xlSolid
    End With
End Sub
Assign the macros to separate buttons to change the selected cells background colors.
